Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our online sales presence through our Shopify platform. You will be responsible for optimizing our website, managing a large product catalog (10,000 SKUs), implementing effective merchandising strategies, coordinating order fulfillment, providing excellent customer service, and driving online revenue growth. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a data-driven approach to e-commerce management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shopify Management: Manage and optimize our Shopify store, including product listings, website design, navigation, and app integrations.
  • Product Merchandising: Develop and implement strategies to effectively showcase products on the website, create compelling product descriptions, and optimize product presentation.
  • Order Fulfillment: Coordinate online order processing, inventory management, and local delivery/in-store pickup with the retail store team.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to online shoppers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Google Product Listings: Manage and optimize our Google Merchant Center account and product feed to maximize visibility and sales.
  • POS Integration: Manage the integration between Shopify and our POS system to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to promote products, sales, and events.
  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey, conversion rates, and overall online sales performance.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on key e-commerce metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores, including product management, order fulfillment, and basic store configuration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and organize a large number of products (e.g., 1,000+ SKUs) within Shopify.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, particularly regarding on-site product merchandising and user experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with local delivery or in-store pickup operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feed management is a plus.
  • Experience with Counterpoint POS system or similar retail management software is a plus.
  • Understanding of data integration principles and experience with integrating different systems is beneficial.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, particularly Klaviyo, is a plus.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Shopify app integrations (e.g., reviews, product recommendations, on-site promotions).
  • Experience with Shopify theme customization.

Starting Wage: 60,000 Exempt
